The Mistress of the Wild, Green Lady, Goddess of Hunting and Nature

The eldest daughter of Gishra, Anthia is known for her love of druids and rangers. She blesses these beings with special gifts when dealing with animals, but they are always under her watchful eye. As the Mistress of the Wild, Anthia is connected with all things that live in the wilderness, she is often known to stroll among the wild creature for weeks at a time. Like her mother, Anthia is a Prime Material Goddess, and gains her powers directly from the earth and the Earth Mother.

Her temples and sanctuaries are located in only the most wild places of the world, or hidden deep within thick, green forests. Her priests, which are primarily druid-rangers, are known for their connection with the goddess, often speaking directly to her in one of her many animal forms. Like her mother Anthia is a goddess of neutrality.

Dogma

The Wilderness is the only Truth. Civilization is poison and it destroys the souls of those that life there. Never forget that in the wild mortal beings are truly free. In the existence of life there is only but one truth - that of the Wild. Without the wilderness surrounding the world there would be no life, no creation, and no existence. To be one with nature is to give one’s life to the wild nature that burns in all mortal souls. Within each mortal soul lies the desire to be wild, running free among the animals of the plains, the forests, and the Wild Lands.

Tenets

The Wild Laws are not so much a set of laws that were created to control or delineate what a priest is not to do, but a set of thoughts that the priests of the Green Lady use to live.

The Wild Laws:

1) Respect Nature in all its forms

2) fight against those that do harm to the wild

3) give your life to protect the Wilderness

4) It harms none, do what you will
