The Beastlands is the third plane of the Atra-Amu Prime and is known as the Wildlands. It is plane filled with wild creatures, and natural savagery. It is dominated by wildlands, great forests, untamed jungles, and wild grass plains. It is a plane of nature. The plane is humid and moist with slight breezes blowing through cooling off those that travel its regions.

It is a plane heavily populated by animals, insects, reptiles, beasts and their magical counterparts. There are very few permanent settlements here. A number of strongholds and few villages.

Planar Traits

Beastlands has the following traits:

Philosophy · Neutral; Only those of a neutral philosophy gain any rest here. All others suffer a -50 to all skill checks while on this plane.
Gravity · Normal (Gravity has the same effect as in the Terra)
Time · Normal (Time moves normally as in the Terra)
Energy Trait · None
Magic Trait · Normal

Planar Links

Beastlands borders Valnir, Limbo, and Juriika. Links to this plane often appear as natural cave openings, hollowed out trees, and silver brooks.

Planar Inhabitants

The Beastlands are filled with every type of animal, insect, reptile, beast of burden, magical animals and more. It is the final resting place for animal spirits and loyal animal companions. Good aligned therianthorpes call the Beastlands home. Some say that the Beastlands are the source of the power of the therianthorpes as they pull on the spirits of this plane to transform into their various shapes.
