From World of Kralis
Through out Kralis mortals raise temples, churches, monasteries and shrines to the various gods of the Celestial Omniverse. In many places these are well structured and ran churches and temples that have a very strict hierarchy. Most churches follow the prescribed rankings of the various churches, however in other places of the world where shamans are the only source of religious in a region while the laws of the churches apply, the requirements of the rankings are more loose and are often not upheld by the gods themselves.

Game Information
While the churches are created to allow a greater amount of freedom, flavor and game enchantment, there are going to be times where players do not wish to be a part of the church in this case shamans. Shamans present a unique working of the rules. Since they are most likely to be the only "priest" for a clan, tribe or even region, it makes no sense to have a high ranking shaman to have the same obligations as those priests within a structured church. On these occasions we suggest that alter the obligations to better fit the concept that you and your player(s) are working towards.
The following is a list of alternate obligations that you can use:
- Prostelyze - Same, but rather than be outward seeking, speak to the "nature" of the deity and how it effects the clan or tribe.
- Train Petitioner - Alter to train a lower shaman or student. No more than 1 student should be allowed per shaman.
- Quest (Establish Church) - Alter Establish Holy Mound or Holy Site
- Perform task from priest - Alter to Perform Dream Task from Deity
- Quests (Any) - Alter to Complete Dream Quest from Deity
- Serve on Church High Council - Alter Gather other shamans of the deity for grand gathering in the region.
- Expand Reach of Church - Alter to Expand Reach of Clan
