Built in 892 S.R. Year of the Red Lion in the First Age, the Coliseum of Hadak is a spectacle of combat dedicated to the god Hadak. It has had a long history of gladiatorial games. It was originally a strip of dirt that was used by the the original human clans to settle Dardura Sheva as a place to settle arguments in single combat, known then as the Killing Field, the place slowly became a place where young men would come to show off their prowess in combat.

As the city was built the place was blessed by Sergan Valsik a priest of Hadak, claiming it to be holy ground. It was also recognized as a place where funerals took place for warriors that had died in battle. After nearly three and half centuries the religious and commemorative elements of the Field began to be overtaken by gladiatorial shows. These displays took a number of different forms: beast hunts, gladiatorial fights, exhibitions of magic, and weapons, as well as single combat between beast and mortal.

The coliseum is made up of three layers above ground and five levels beneath. The layers above consist of the varies levels seating, shops, taverns and the main exhibition field. The exhibition field can be made to resemble any type of terrain from the illusionary magics and the various elemental magics. Numerous times naval battles have been recreated on the field as it was filled with water.

The first level of the coliseum is 20' above the field, the second and third levels are each 10' above the last, additionally there is a back wall that rises above the last level giving the overall coliseum a total height of 50'

The lower levels are a maze of tunnels filled with cages, resting quarters and a small shrine to the god Hadak.
