The Elven Language is an eloquent and lengthy language. It is comprised of soft and hard constants followed by a variation in the vowels.

There are a number of "Chapters" in this dictionary of language, It is arranged to locate the English word followed by the Elven Translation:

The Cor Shan Language or Elven Tongue, like many racial languages, has many different dialects and variations. These include: Cor Akash, Cor Solis, Cor Dar Lugal, Cor Electa, Cor Lar, Cor Serkt, Cor Tazza, and Cor Wadha. Cor Shan is the root language that supports all the other dialects and variations. Because there is such an intense importance on names, particularly clan names, many elves do not name their children until they third or fifth birthday’s, after the child has grown more into his or her personality at which point a grand naming ceremony is performed.

The structure of Cor Shan revolves around Armyr or Character (verb) of the sentence. To this extent plurality is indicated by the suffixes of -s, -yn, -yss, -tyn, or -il. Possessiveness is denoted by the use of -tyn or -v. There is no difference in determining gender such as his or her. While there are specific words that are male or female, there is no prefix or suffix that indicates such.
