Juliso

Juliso is the plane of ultimate law and order. Everything here is placed into a perfectly predetermined and regimented order. It consists of equal parts of everything in the Terra. Equal portions of dark and light, the six elements, etc. All matter has a place and it knows its place. It is a predictable realm where every action has a reaction in perfect order.

Every kind of law can be found within Juliso from simple maxims to complicated and twisted rules of engagement. Unlike other goodly planes, Juliso has both good and evil components to it thus a number of demons dwell within the bowls of Juliso allowed to exist there by the will of the plane.

Planar Traits

Juliso has the following traits:

Philosophy · Good; Evil creatures are unable to rest or relax; They suffer double Health and Fatigue damage

Gravity· Normal (Gravity has the same effect as in the Terra)

Time· Normal (Time moves normally as in the Terra)

Energy Trait· Regain all Health and Fatigue; Lose any gained Insanity

Magic Trait· Normal (All magic functions normally)

Planar Links

The portals into Juliso generally appear a perfectly formed circular rune. It connects to Ty Nor Iro, Arbain, the Beastlands, and Nax.

Planar Inhabitants

The inhabitants of Juliso are not true mortals, rather they are perfect constructs and exist to enforce the laws of nature within the realm. Every sort of creature can be found here as well, the perfect specimen of its type. Those souls that have found themselves here were once those that upheld the laws of their lands by the letter more than the spirit. They tend to be spellcasters and a few jinhur.
