The outer ring of the Tseih She Prime plane, Kiltaryx is also known as the Infernal Wastes. It is where grand armies of demonkind, hellspawn and deities often clash in struggles of might. The plane is always filled with the cry of battle, the ringing of steel and the explosions of magic. The entire plane is filled with war, death and destruction.

It is a plane built of rough terrain, craggy hills, and vast open plains of low brush and grass. Every open area is filed with conflict, war, and strife.

Planar Traits

Kiltaryx has the following traits:

Philosophy· Evil; Good creatures are unable to rest or relax; All travelers to the plane suffer a despair penalty causing all actions to suffer -50 to all attempts

Gravity· Heavy (Gravity has more effect; travelers here suffer -50 to all physical skill attempts)

Time· Normal (Time moves normally as in the Terra)

Energy Trait· Gain 1 point of insanity for every week within the Plane

Magic Trait· Normal (All magic functions normally)

Infinite Size · The plane may expand infinitely (its borders are bound by its connections to the other planes.)

Kiltaryx borders Nax, Hishnat, and Urnuith.

Portals from Kiltaryx to other planes outside of Neter-Kheret appear often appear as war torn patches of earth.

Planar Inhabitants

Kiltaryx is home to those that betrayed their kingdoms, rose up in mutiny, or abandoned their posts, they make up the troops that the various demons that martial the armies against each other.

Imps, baal-rogs, essence dragons, and fire giants also inhabit Kiltaryx.
