Planar Magic
From World of Kralis
Magic trait indicates how a plane handles spells. It does not effect Abilities of characters. There are three types of effects that a plane can have on magic: Normal, Dead, or Wild.
Planes with a Normal Magic trait are effected normally as the spell or power is written.
Planes with Dead Magic trait have no magic at all. This also causes any items, artifacts, etc., not to function as normal.
Planes with Wild Magic trait cause magic to act in wildly when it is cast. When a spell is attempted the caster can attempt to control it by sacrificing 3 times the spell's Power Rank in fatigue and make a Willpower check at a TS of 1 plus the Power Rank of the spell.
