The Scar

Running along the border of Ta-Kanasiti and Panthias is a large, grotuesquely deformed stretch of land called the Scar. It runs for 200 miles, is 30 miles at its widest and completely dead of all vegetation. It is a dark brown piece of ground that is filled with deep crevices, pits of bubbling noxious liquid, large holes filled with giant spiders, undead and a number of demons.

The Scar is the result of the first great war that the two nations fought before they came to a strong peace and alliance against the forces of Azahak. It is a a dark reminder of the tragedy that the two nations dealt upon each other.

In the center of this dark and forsaken land lies the ruined city of A’mithar Fier (elven for Night Place), it was once a stronghold of elven rights against the Kingdom of Panthias during the Rhemstar War, now it is a smoldering place of putrid, sulfuric smoke, cold nights and blistering days, were only the dead linger.

There are many dirt track roads the lead into the Scar, but those that travel these roads are either mad, brave or running from something more dangerous than what lies in its dark borders.
